Coastal Classic

As communicated on 26th October, unfortunately, you are ineligible to run in this years Coastal Classic due to restrictions preventing us from having over 500 runners, as much as we would love to have you there.
Now that we are 3 weeks out from the event, we notice that your entry registration is still active which means you either chose to sit tight in the hope that the event capacity would increase and you would become eligible to take part, or you hadn’t as yet let us know whether you wanted a full refund or a transfer of your entry to a future event.
At this stage, the capacity for the event won’t change in time to allow you into the event, therefore your options are as follows;
- Have your entry automatically rolled over the Coastal Classic 2021. If we do not hear from you prior to Saturday 5th December your 2020 entry will be transferred to the Coastal Classic 2021.
- 100% transfer of your entry fee to another Maximum Adventure event of your choosing.
- Request a full refund of your entry fee along with any merchandise you may have purchased.
We kindly request that you let us know before race day on Saturday 5th December whether you would like a refund or transfer to an event other than the Coastal Classic 2021 by emailing info@maxadventure.com.au.
Please be mindful that our small customer service department will be experiencing higher than normal inquiries at this time. Responses may take three or more business days, so we kindly ask for your patience.
