Course Description

The Coastal Classic may “only” be a 30km trail run, but it’s every bit as hard as a full road marathon. Make sure you are prepared for a hard day out by preparing early!

The seemingly endless short, sharp climbs, combined with some fairly long stretches of soft sand running will suck the energy out of your legs if you haven’t done the right type of training.
