Registered runners will all have received an email with their Race Number.
The Event Safety Briefing is available below via video link. Please ensure you watch this video prior to attending. Remember it is mandatory that all runners carry with them a minimum 500ml water bottle or hydration pack (or similar) to refill at the Aid Stations out on course. This is a minimum, more is recommended! There will also be NO CUPS at the aid stations. Soft flasks and collapsible cups will be available for sale at registration for those that need them.
For those of you who have downloaded the course GPX files on your smart watch or similar please be aware that at a couple of locations the GPX course wanders away slightly from the marked course. Please stick to the marked course.
