Aid Stations
There are marshalled aid stations along the course. At the aid stations, runners will have access to the following:
- First Aid
- Unlimited quantities of water
- Tailwind nutrition
- Selection of fruit
- Selection of lollies
- Potato chips
NOTE: There will be no cups at the aid stations, so you will need to carry a water bottle or hydration pack (or similar) to refill.
Runners are asked not to go to the toilet on the track. There are event toilets provided at Garie and Wattamolla aid stations and a small hard to find toilet at Little Marley.
Runners should not litter the track. Although we will have sweepers clear event markers after the runners, we appeal to runners to do the right thing!
Distance to Aid Stations
There are 4 Aid Stations on the 30km course.

- Garie Beach at 9.5km

Time Cut Off
If you are unable to make the aid stations by the cut off time, you will be withdrawn from the event, at that aid station. After the aid station has packed up you will be transported to the finish line in Bundeena. The course closes at 3:00pm if you make it past these time cut off points.

Triple Trail Challenge runners who do not make these time cut offs will not be ranked as finishers for the purposes of the Triple Trail Challenge as the 30km course needs to be completed.
